Post texi2html 1.80 and later break our build system

Compiling the doc results in:
Not a GLOB reference at .//html/texi2html.init line 158.

API-breaking changes have been made to texi2html, with two consequences (for us):
  • my_print_navigation in doc/html/texi2html.tpl has to
    • take one less argument,
    • generate a result string instead of printing it,
    • return this string.
  • the html pages are by default generated in the current directory instead of a yorick subdirectory. The previous behavior can be obtained by adding -output yorick to TEXI2HTML in doc/html/Makefile.

I have patched these problems in the Debian package. I can send you the diff or commit those changes, but I don't know how to make something that will be independent on the texi2html version. It would be easier if we did not redefine print_navigation.

Regards, Thibaut.
